Full double-entry accounting
Sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journals, contra, credit and debit notes, with Day Book, ledger statements, Trial Balance, Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet always current. The Balance Sheet is as on any date you choose, and both statements show last year's figures beside this year's and include the value of your stock, with opening and closing stock taken from your stock items.
GST and tax
CGST, SGST and IGST worked out on every bill. GST summary, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, ITC and 2A/2B review, GST payment entries that set input credit against the tax the way the GST rules provide and ask for a bank account only when cash really has to be paid, and TDS and TCS handling, all generated from your real vouchers.
Stock, manufacturing and orders
Stock items with godowns, units (boxes and cartons too) and rate groups; bills of materials and production journals; sales and purchase orders and quotations; a Stock Valuation report that lists your stock item by item on any date; and IMEI, chassis, serial or HUID numbers kept for each unit.
Who owes you, and whom you owe
Outstanding by customer and supplier with ageing by bill, receipts and payments applied to the right bills, bank reconciliation, cost centres and budget against actual.
Payroll
Salary processing with PF, ESI and TDS worked out for you, and salary slips.
Bills that print right
Multi-page invoices with page numbers, the same on screen, on paper and as a PDF; amount in words; round off up or down; a UPI QR for the exact amount due.
Your team, your rules
Everyone gets their own login. Admin, manager and viewer roles, and you choose which companies each person can open.
Safe by design
The owner signs in with a password and an authenticator code. Every voucher carries a tamper-evident seal. Each customer's books sit in their own private database. Backups every night, with a copy kept away from the server, and you can download your own backup file whenever you like.

Already on AIBI Desktop? We can bring a company over with its backup file. Ledgers can also be imported from a CSV or a Tally export.

Check the business from anywhere. Open AIBI Mobile on your phone and see today's sales and purchases, what customers owe you and what you owe, cash, bank and GST payable. Open any ledger or voucher. Look at Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, Day Book, Outstanding and Stock. Share a bill, a statement or a report as a PDF in one tap, or send an overdue customer a ready WhatsApp reminder (you press send).
Look, never change
AIBI Mobile is read-only by design: a phone cannot add, change or delete anything.
Pair with a code
You pair a phone from your account page with a one-time code. Up to two phones per account, an optional PIN, and you can lock or sign out any phone at any time.
AIBI Mobile is for looking at your AIBI Cloud books. (AIBI Go is our separate billing app for shop counters.)

Try it before you decide: a demo made for your kind of business
- Tell us what you do. Choose the kind of business that is closest to yours.
- We open a demo for you. A private AIBI Cloud account with a made-up company of that kind: about ten weeks of bills, stock, GST, receipts and payments already in it, so every screen and report has something to show from the first minute.
- Try it for 7 days. We send you a link, a username and a password. It works for 7 days and we can extend it to 14. Nothing in it is real, so you cannot hurt anything, and we remove it a week after it ends.
What the demo is, and is not
- It is a full AIBI Cloud account: create bills, post entries, open every report. It carries a banner saying it is a demo with sample data.
- It has your login, plus room for one more person you can add yourself under Manage Users.
- It is not your own data: a demo cannot import or restore a backup. To try AIBI Cloud with your own books, tell us in the message box and we will talk it through.
- If you sign in and AIBI Workspace asks again, use the same username and password.

Questions
Do I need to install anything?
No. AIBI Cloud works in a modern browser such as Chrome or Edge.
Does it need the internet?
Yes. If you need to work without a connection, AIBI Desktop is the offline AIBI.
Can my team use it?
Yes. Each person has their own login and counts as one user. Roles decide what each person sees.
Are my books backed up?
Every night, with a copy kept away from the server. You can also download your own backup file at any time.
What if I lose my phone?
Lock or sign out that phone from your account page. The phone could only ever look, never change.
Can I bring my AIBI Desktop books?
Yes, we can bring a company across with its backup file. Going the other way is not available yet.
What happens when the demo ends?
Sign-in tells you it has ended. Write to us and we will set up your own account.
What does it cost?
