Beans is capable of keeping each and every record of enquiry that usally held during admission process and there is a feature called Enquiry Call Management which enables follow up call and record update facility for already held enquiry with all the details for better update and control over the system of Enquiry, Form Issue and Admission follow up.
Once a candidate will be Admitted into the system the record will be sink automatically. In case of ignoring any candidate record permanently that also can be done with a small update in call management.

Student Admission Process consists of two sub function Quick and Detail Admission
Quick Admission will enables you to take the Form no. as Input and will be populated by the pre-loaded data quickly and in the next page you can opt for full payment and or customize installment option if necessary otherwise it will calculate the default installment date and month applicable for the given course and session
In Detail Admission the form can be processed in a later date. There are three section in detail admission. First page will ask you to upload the student image and few other details, Second page will ask you to upload all the personal details and last page is for uploading all the academic details and the respective document proofs.

It will potray the Installment status of the Students
The students can be searched with multiple options and once found we can see the status of the Installment of every Individual students. Installments can be taken from the same window with or without fine. Finally the installment bill will notify the students for the next applicable installment.
Supports multiple or zigzag payment with or without fine with every details that will reflect in the generated bill.

Student Batch Creation, Modification, Allocation, Changing Batch
Beans provides feature of creating new batch with dynamic no. of class days, no. of student capacity, class timing and also unordered class timing for different days. The same batch can be modified with any point of time in terms of changing the student capacity, class days, class time and also the owner of the batch without affecting the students allocation.
Students can be allocated to the Active Batches and also can be transferred to different batches and also can be removed from any batches. All unassigned students will come under a single window to get an idea of the student vs batch allocation and reduce the chances of over looking any students of allocating batches and at the same time ensures a better control on the class management.
The Owner of the batch can be changed any time over the period and also the batch start date and end date can be altered anytime.

Attendance Management and Absent Students follow Up Call
The respective owner(Teacher) of the batch only can provide the attendance of the students from their mobile or tab if Beans runs on LAN.
Beans provides a feature called Absents Student call, Considering all the batches it will show a report of those students where a student is absent for consecutive 2 days in his/her class. This feature will provide a window to the authority to call the students for a follow up of the absence and can be updated the window with the latest comment. The same comment can be seen by the respective class teacher while the attendance will be given for the batches.
Also the teacher or the batch owner can see the realtime date for the present class like no. of class, details of the attendance vs absent record for every student while providing the attendance.
Dynamically Generating List of Applicable Students for the Current Exam Cycle, Exam Fees Collection List, Exam Result/ Attendance Updation
This Feature will enables you to generate a list of students who are applicable for the current exam cycle(Considering previous exam cycles's candidate who were absent to appear for the exam or failed in the previous exam.)
The Exam list will also support to take the Exam fees from the applicable students from the same window and also it will show a picture of the current installment status.
Beans provides a feature of generating a report of the students who has paid the exam fees and also the report can be printed from the same window.
Beans provides a feature of updating student exam status in terms of Attendance and the obtained results status in Database.
Managing Daily Expenses, Generating Report for the daily inward/outward operation
Beans provides a function of Maintaining an expense records of daily expenses. Also beans allows you to generate a transaction report in terms of income and expense for a date range of your choice.
The transaction report can be printed for any date range.
In any case you can generate a duplicate report or bill from the transaction details page with minimal details as a second or duplicate reference.
